Job Mission (Role)
The Biologics Pipeline Associate will play a crucial supportive role within the Executive Board; assisting the Head of Biologics Pipeline Innovation in driving strategic pipeline expansion and market-driven decision-making.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both the scientific and business aspects of biopharmaceutical innovation; focusing on business insights, project coordination, and market analysis.
The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute to a dynamic environment and develop their business development skills within the pharmaceutical sector.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities for new biopharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
- Support portfolio evaluations by meticulously gathering, organizing, and analyzing scientific and market data, contributing to the preparation of insightful reports and recommendations.
- Help coordinate projects across diverse internal teams including R&D, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Development, actively tracking progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Organize and meticulously document meetings with internal and external partners, ensuring all action items are clearly assigned, communicated, and followed up on effectively.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of scientific literature to provide essential background research for feasibility studies and the exploration of innovative therapeutic platform concepts.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the R&D team to ensure robust alignment between scientific advancements and overarching business goals.
- Prepare professional presentations, detailed reports, and compelling proposals for review by senior management and for engagement with external stakeholders.
- Represent the department in cross-functional discussions and working groups as required, contributing to the alignment of strategic objectives.
- Stay continuously informed about the latest pharmaceutical market trends, regulatory developments, and advancements in formulation technologies relevant to biologics.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance business acumen and contribute business insights to strategic discussions, with a strong interest in growing business development skills.
Qualifications (Educational Background & Preferred Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field from a reputable university.
- Master's Degree Holder will be considered an asset.

A relevant experience not less than 1-3 of professional years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably in a role involving business insights, project coordination, R&D support, or market analysis.

Technical Competencies :
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, biopharmaceuticals, and
current market trends within the industry.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex
information clearly and concisely in reports and presentations.
