About this Position This position focuses on leading the design, implementation, and operations of enterprise Compute and Storage infrastructure platforms. It requires deep expertise across virtualization, storage systems, container platforms, and hybrid cloud environments, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, performance, and automation.
What You´ll Do
- * Act as the technical SME for enterprise compute, storage, virtualization, container, and hybrid cloud platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Architect, implement, and operate VMware, Hyper-V, OpenShift, Kubernetes, NAS, SAN, HCI, and enterprise storage solutions.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code and platform automation using Terraform, DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and standardized provisioning frameworks.
- Own infrastructure lifecycle management, including capacity planning, provisioning, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and decommissioning.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux, Windows, compute, storage, virtualization, containers, networking, and cloud infrastructure layers.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, observability, resilience, and performance optimization while ensuring security, cloud governance, compliance, and ITIL alignment.
What makes you a good fit
- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business informatics, or any relevant study.
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Linux, Windows Server, HCI, NAS, and SAN technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, container orchestration, workload management, and platform operations.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and modern automation tools.
- Support CI/CD integration, DevOps practices, monitoring, observability, performance tuning, and proactive incident resolution.
- Strong understanding of networking, firewall fundamentals, ITIL processes, operational governance, and service reliability.
