About the RoleLady Egypt Tours is looking for an experienced Inbound Leisure Tour Operator to manage travel arrangements and deliver high-quality experiences for international visitors to Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
- * Plan, organize, and operate inbound leisure tours throughout Egypt.
- Coordinate hotels, Nile cruises, transportation, guides, excursions, and domestic flights.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and operational arrangements.
- Communicate with international travel agents and local suppliers.
- Ensure the smooth execution of tours from arrival to departure.
- Handle booking modifications and operational challenges.
- Negotiate with suppliers to maintain competitive pricing.
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- * Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound leisure tour operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Egyptian destinations, hotels, Nile cruises, and tourism services.
- Experience preparing itineraries and calculating tour costs.
- Strong supplier coordination and reservation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with tourism reservation or management systems.
