We are looking for an experienced IB & Influencer (KOL) Manager to join a Tier-1 Forex & CFD Broker and drive partner acquisition and revenue growth across the GCC region, with a particular focus on markets such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
This is not an entry-level position.
We are specifically looking for someone who already has an existing network and portfolio of IBs, affiliates, trading influencers, content creators or financial communities and can leverage those relationships to generate business from day one.
Key Responsibilities Identify, approach and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and trading influencers/KOLs. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing IB and influencer partners. * Grow the broker's partner network and generate qualified trading activity. * Develop partnership strategies specifically for GCC markets. * Negotiate commercial terms, rebates, commissions and partnership structures. * Work closely with partners to increase FTDs, trading volume, deposits and client acquisition*. * Identify high-potential trading influencers, content creators, Telegram/WhatsApp communities and financial networks. * Support partners with campaigns, promotions, educational content and other initiatives designed to improve conversion and retention. * Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth. * Represent the broker professionally at relevant industry events, conferences and networking opportunities. * Provide regular market and competitor feedback to the business development and management teams.
