Role: HR Operations Manager
Location: Jeddah
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years in HR field and currently holds a managerial role ideally in an FMCG company
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong experience in HR Operations, preferably within a large or complex organization
- Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR-related government platforms
- Strong HRIS, Excel, reporting, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- English communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations and employee services
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, records, documentation, and HR systems
- Oversee payroll inputs and coordination, benefits administration, and HR transactions
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
- Drive HR process improvement, automation, and service excellence
- Monitor HR operational KPIs and provide management reporting
- Partner with employees, managers, Finance, and other functions to resolve HR operational matters
- Lead and develop the HR Operations team
