Key Responsibilities

Lead HR for frontline and management populations.
Support high-volume hiring, retention and labour compliance.
Improve people systems, reporting and workforce discipline.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

Senior HR background in logistics, transport, warehousing or aviation.
Strong operational HR capability.
Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
