Key Responsibilities

Lead HR across asset-intensive and technical operations.
Support workforce forecasting, retention and critical-role planning.
Improve policy, systems, compliance and organisational capability.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

Senior HR experience in industrial, utilities, manufacturing or oil and gas.
Strong GCC exposure preferred.
Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
