The Head of PMO will lead El Ezaby’s transformation and project delivery agenda, translating strategic priorities into structured programs, measurable outcomes, and sustainable business impact. The role will also lead change management, ensuring successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and establish the Transformation PMO, overseeing governance, planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured programs and delivery plans with clear ownership, timelines, KPIs, and success measures.
- Lead change management and adoption, including stakeholder readiness, communication, training, and post-implementation adoption tracking.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and required decisions.
- Oversee program financials and benefits realization, including budgets, forecasts, spend, and delivery of approved business-case outcomes.
- Establish PMO tools, standards, processes, and governance frameworks to strengthen project management maturity across the organization.
- Lead and develop the PMO team, building project management capabilities and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

- Change Management: Stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and sustainability of transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in transformation, PMO, or large-scale change management, preferably within retail, healthcare, or complex multi-site organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proven experience establishing and leading a PMO from the ground up.
- Strong experience working with and presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and cross-functional workstreams.
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a focus on adoption and business outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic/executive and detailed delivery levels.
