Position OverviewThe Head of Operation is accountable for the full operational, financial, and compliance performance of CCS within the assigned country, ensuring all contracts are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.Working closely with the Leadership Team, and operational functions, the Head of Operations drives performance, develops strong operational leadership, and identifies opportunities for growth, efficiency, innovation, üéØ and continuous improvement across the country.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop the operational management team

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven senior operational leadership experience within a multi-site, multi-contract environment
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing operational management teamsü§ù
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, with experience managing budgets, costs, and operational performance
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive contract performance
- Experience leading change, transformation, and continuous-improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, operational governance, and performance management üíª
- Data-driven and commercially minded, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience within the cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, retail, or other operationally intensive sectors is highly desirable
