Role Description The Head of Finance and Administration is a full-time, on-site role based in Rabat, responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative operations of Cross Seas Morocco. This role manages financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate policies. The Head of Finance and Administration prepares and analyzes financial statements, supervises accounting activities, and provides strategic financial insights to leadership. The role also oversees administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and coordination with HR on payroll and employee-related processes. The position involves close collaboration with the external and internal stakeholders to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, with proven experience in managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, support decision-making, and optimize resource allocation.
- Practical experience in Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Morocco.
- Experience leading finance and administration teams, with the ability to build efficient processes and controls.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an asset.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Ideally Odoo), with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work on-site in Rabat, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-border teams.
