We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to join a metal manufacturing company in Sadat City, Menoufia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounting function, overseeing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the company’s accounting and reporting processes are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience. * Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting. * Good knowledge of Egyptian taxation and electronic invoicing requirements. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel*. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to manage the accounting function independently and take full ownership of responsibilities. * Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in metal manufacturing, steel fabrication, or industrial operations*. * Experience with inventory, costing, and manufacturing accounting. * Previous experience supervising or coordinating an accounting team.
