- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction and project management.
- Proven experience in a senior construction management / general management position.
- Strong track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, project execution, cost control, contracts, quality, and HSE.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to manage projects effectively and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and oversee the overall construction operations for building projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Manage project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to approved quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, quality, and overall performance.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Review and manage project variations, claims, contracts, and commercial matters.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Identify project risks, delays, and potential issues and implement appropriate corrective and recovery actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements across all construction activities.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, manpower planning, equipment, and material requirements.
- Resolve technical, operational, contractual, and commercial issues effectively.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, snagging, documentation, and final handover of completed projects.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and negotiations with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
