Role Description The Owner role at Suffescom Solutions Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandi, focused on overseeing business operations, strategy, and growth. The Owner will define the company’s vision and goals, guide digital transformation initiatives, and make key decisions related to service offerings, market positioning, and financial planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading leadership teams, reviewing performance metrics, building partnerships, and ensuring that projects align with organizational objectives and client expectations. The role also involves overseeing budgets, approving major investments, and maintaining governance, compliance, and ethical standards. The Owner will represent the organization in high-level client meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in a founder, owner, senior executive, or general management role in the IT or consulting industry is highly beneficial.
