Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
- Independently coordinate the export of pharmaceutical products to assigned countries, acting as a key interface between sales, internal departments, and international partners.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to schedule and track international shipments.
- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, sanctions, and the specific regulatory requirements of destination countries.
- Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure all necessary import permits and licenses are in place before shipment.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all export transactions, both digitally and physically. Support the Export Manager/Director in market research and communication with international partners.
- Resolve any issues or delays related to customs clearance, transportation, or documentation.
Academic, technical, and professional qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
.Experience:
- Specialist: 2-3+ years of relevant experience in export operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Senior Specialist: 5+ years of experience with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical export processes.
