Job Description
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare tender queries and seek clarifications from clients.
- Perform quantity take-offs for materials, labour, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, operations, and project management teams
- Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Develop material, labor, equipment, and subcontract cost.
- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop pricing sheets, bid summaries, and cost breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company procedures
- Compile bidding documentation and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain estimation databases, cost records, and historical project data.
- Organize and update supplier and subcontractor information.
Job Requirement
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of cost estimation techniques and project execution.
- Knowledge in Microsoft excel and presentations
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
