Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Education Professional role based in El Obour. The Education Professional will design and deliver training programs and educational materials related to veterinary services, animal health, and public awareness. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting workshops and classroom sessions, and adapting teaching methods for different audiences such as staff, students, and community members. The role involves communicating complex information in clear, accessible language, responding to learner questions, and providing guidance and support throughout the learning process. The Education Professional will also collaborate with colleagues to evaluate educational needs, improve program content, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Education and Teaching skills, with experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills, with the ability to conduct workshops, seminars, and practical sessions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support learners, address inquiries, and maintain a respectful, inclusive learning environment.
- Relevant academic background in education, veterinary science, animal science, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in El Obour, manage multiple educational activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
