Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt.
The consultant will lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, configuration, and testing.
Key responsibilities
Lead requirement-gathering workshops and Fit-Gap analysis with client stakeholders
Design end-to-end solutions across Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), Product Information Management, and Master Planning
Author Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and review technical designs with developers
Own solution quality across multiple projects and clients
Define and oversee the Data Migration strategy (vendors, customers, items, open orders, opening stock)
Plan and lead UAT, and deliver end-user and key-user training
Lead Go-Live, Hypercare, and ongoing support, including root cause analysis of complex issues
Ensure proper integration with Finance (AP/AR, inventory posting, costing, fixed assets)
Mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level consultants
Support pre-sales activities: demos, estimates, and scoping
Prepare process documentation, user guides, and project status reports
