Role Description This full-time, on-site Driver role is based in Doha, Qatar. The Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport passengers, goods, or materials as assigned, following all traffic laws and company policies. Daily tasks include planning routes, inspecting vehicles before and after trips, keeping the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. The Driver will maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel usage, and service records, and report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly. The role also involves communicating clearly with supervisors and clients, providing courteous service, and supporting other operational duties when needed.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess a valid Qatar driving license appropriate for the vehicle category and have a strong record of safe driving.
* Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Doha roads, routes, and traffic patterns, and be able to plan efficient journeys.
* Candidates should possess basic vehicle inspection and maintenance awareness, including checking fluids, tires, lights, and reporting faults.
* Candidates should possess strong time management and reliability, with the ability to follow schedules and meet delivery or pickup deadlines.
* Candidates should possess clear communication and customer service skills to interact respectfully with colleagues, clients, and the public.
* Candidates should possess the physical ability to sit for extended periods and, when required, load or unload goods safely.
* Candidates should possess the ability to follow safety procedures, company policies, and local regulations at all times.
* Previous professional driving experience in Qatar and basic proficiency in English or Arabic are beneficial.
