Delta Pharma is looking for an experienced and results-driven District Manager – CNS to join our Sales Team in Cairo.
The District Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Medical Representatives, driving sales performance, executing business plans, and achieving district targets within the assigned CNS portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Medical Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute district business plans, including targeting, CRM objectives, resource allocation, and field activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to strengthen team performance, selling skills, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and take corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians, pharmacists, hospital stakeholders, and KOLs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
- Support recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning to build a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor district KPIs, sales growth, CRM performance, product adoption, and ROI of promotional activities.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, veterinary, or science fields.
- Minimum 2 years of current experience as a District Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the CNS therapeutic area.
- Cairo resident and available to cover the assigned district.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, customer management, and field-force effectiveness.
