Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment strategy for difficult-to-fill and volume healthcare roles.
Manage agencies, sourcing channels, assessment standards and hiring analytics.
Build strong pipelines for licensed and specialist talent.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

Healthcare TA leadership experience essential.
Strong knowledge of credentialed and regulated hiring environments.
Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
