Larz Development is looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead real estate development projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
3–4 years in a managerial role, with experience delivering projects valued at $20M+.
Strong knowledge of feasibility studies, land monetization, licensing, and pre-construction.
7+ years of experience in real estate development or project management on the client side.
PMP, PRMG, or equivalent certification is required.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Excel, with strong financial and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 2–3 real estate development projects from feasibility and planning through licensing and pre-construction handover.
Ensure projects meet budget, timeline, quality, and profitability targets.
Lead and develop the Development team.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal departments.
Manage project risks, cost forecasts, and financial performance.
