Role Overview:
The Cost & Budgeting Controlling Expert supports the company’s financial management by monitoring and controlling costs, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, analyzing financial data, and preparing management reports. The role contributes to profitability and operational efficiency by identifying cost trends, discrepancies, financial risks, and opportunities for cost reduction, while working closely with relevant departments and cost centers.
In your role you will:
The ideal candidate has:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or another relevant field
• 4–5 years of experience in costing, budgeting, financial controlling, or a related finance role.
• Experience in a manufacturing, Food & Beverage, or multinational environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and with multiple departments/cost centers.
