🚀 We’re Hiring | Commissioning Engineer – Renewable Energy🚀
Hassan Allam Holding is looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join our team and contribute to major renewable energy and power projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute commissioning activities for Solar PV, renewable energy, and power plant projects.
- Conduct inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities for electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform testing and commissioning of PV systems, inverters, transformers, switchgear, MV/LV systems, and related equipment.
- Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and commissioning procedures.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure systems are ready for commissioning.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning activities.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, test records, checklists, and documentation.
- Ensure all commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers during commissioning activities.
- Support the successful handover of commissioned systems to the client.
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1–6 years of experience in testing and commissioning activities.
- Previous experience in Solar PV, Power Plants, Solar Stations, or Renewable Energy Projects is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning procedures.
- Familiarity with MV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, inverters, protection systems, and PV systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Good command of English.
