- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction.
- Strong experience in building construction projects is essential.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hotels, villas, or mixed-use projects is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of structural and architectural construction works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to adapt effectively to changing project requirements, priorities, and site conditions.
