Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations.
Lead and manage senior executives and department heads.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, healthcare providers, and regulators.
Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies in pharmacy services.
Represent the company in industry events and public forums.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in executive leadership roles within the pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sector.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, healthcare laws, and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
MBA, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
