Role Description The Care Manager – Doctors B2 (Entry-level) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City. The person in this role will coordinate and manage patient cases, ensuring that individuals receive appropriate medical and social support in line with organizational standards. Daily tasks include communicating with healthcare professionals, documenting case information, following up on care plans, and assisting clients in navigating available services. The Care Manager will support training and awareness activities related to care processes and will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality service. This role requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, and a commitment to respectful, person-centered care.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Case Management tasks, including coordinating services, tracking care plans, and documenting client information.
- Capability to support Training activities related to care processes, service standards, and client communication.
- Medical or Pharmacy graduate or in their intern year only
- Basic understanding of Medicine or healthcare concepts to facilitate effective communication with doctors and medical staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with clients, families, and professionals.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software; experience with case management or customer service systems is an advantage.
- Entry-level experience in healthcare, or call center environments is beneficial.
