Job Overview
The purpose of the Business Development Specialist role is to acquire and launch high-quality vendors that can generate sustainable sales. This role is not about collecting logos — it is about signing stores that can perform.

What we’re looking for

- Confidence in pitching and handling objections
- CRM documentation and organization skills
- Structured follow-up and time management
- Field sales energy and self-motivation
- Sound judgment in evaluating vendor potential
- Ability to work independently after onboarding
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
You’ll do well in this role if you
- Thrive in field sales and would rather be out meeting business owners than sitting behind a desk
- Care about signing vendors that will actually perform, not just adding logos to a list
- Take full ownership of your pipeline from first contact to store launch
- Treat rejection as part of the job and keep your momentum through a long day of “no”
- Are disciplined about follow-up and keep your CRM accurate without being reminded
- Have a feel for the F&B market and can quickly judge which stores have real potential
