نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير فرع أو نائب مدير فرع لديه خبرة في مجال المطاعم والأغذية والمشروبات، للإشراف على العمليات اليومية للفرع، وقيادة فريق العمل، وضمان جودة الخدمة، وتحقيق أهداف الفرع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
إدارة ومتابعة العمليات اليومية للفرع.
قيادة فريق العمل وتنظيم الورديات وتوزيع المهام.
متابعة المبيعات والمخزون والهدر والتكاليف التشغيلية.
ضمان جودة المنتجات، ومستوى خدمة العملاء، والنظافة، والسلامة.
تدريب وتوجيه الموظفين ومتابعة أدائهم.
التعامل مع شكاوى وملاحظات العملاء وحل المشكلات بفعالية.
متابعة الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة والاشتراطات المعتمدة.
إعداد ومتابعة التقارير التشغيلية.
دعم تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والأداء، والعمل على تحسين كفاءة الفرع.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة الضيافة، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال إدارة المطاعم والأغذية والمشروبات.
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في إدارة المطاعم أو الإشراف عليها.
مهارات جيدة في القيادة وإدارة الفريق والتواصل.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وحل المشكلات بفعالية.
القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات.
يفضل ان يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager with experience in the restaurant and food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and achieving branch targets
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the branch’s daily operations
Lead the team, organize shifts, and assign daily tasks
Monitor sales, inventory, waste, and operating costs
Ensure product quality and high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and safety
Train, guide, and monitor employees’ performance
Handle customer complaints and feedback and resolve issues effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements
Prepare and follow up on operational reports
Support the achievement of sales and performance targets and work to improve branch efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management and the food and beverage industry
Previous experience in restaurant management or supervision is preferred
Good leadership, team management, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Ability to work flexible shifts
Saudi nationals are preferred
