Responsibilities
1.Guide clients through the different processes in their relationship with the firm: opening of account, daily servicing and guidance on products.
2.Execute clients’ buy and sell orders.
3.Follow-up on pending orders to confirm executed deals and confirm all executed trades to the clients.
4.Update client records and documentation.
5.Ensure that trading activities comply with the market’s regulations and the firm's policies and procedures.
6.Stay up-to-date with:
a.the firm’s fundamental and technical analysis reports as well as daily markets news and conduct market screening, picks, (top down/bottom up approach) to ensure proper fulfilment of clients’ inquiries regarding market updates and changing dynamics of the region.
b.EFSA and Corporate Actions rules and regulations.
7.Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of your role.
8.Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.
9.Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
- 0 - 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Can understand and proactively address clients’ different needs.
- Able to collect information and arrange into logical arguments.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Power point).
- Excellent command of the Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
- Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.
- Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level.
- Ensure deliverables are always of a high quality.
- Capable of multi-tasking with efficiency and precision.
- Flexible in handling new tasks.
- Adhere to business attire and high sense of commitment.
- Account Officer License from EFSA.
