We are seeking a dedicated and professional Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) to join our clinic-based ABA team.
The successful candidate will provide structured one-to-one ABA intervention for children with autism and developmental delays under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs accurately.
• Conduct structured one-to-one therapy sessions.
• Collect trial-by-trial and session-based data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans provided by the supervisor.
• Support the development of communication, social, play, adaptive, and pre-academic skills.
• Maintain clear and timely session documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members.
• Attend supervision sessions, team meetings, and professional training.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• ABAT certification or eligibility to obtain the certification.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of practical ABA experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, accept feedback, and work effectively within a team.
