AED 13,000 + 3,000 monthly bonus

SELECTED RECRUITMENT is partnering with an established international business to recruit an experienced Account Manager for their growing Dubai team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, client-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships, managing accounts and identifying opportunities to grow business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners
- Managing client enquiries from initial request through to completion
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and grow existing accounts
- Preparing proposals, quotations and relevant commercial documentation
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and proactively managing their requirements
- Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service
- Working towards individual and wider team revenue targets
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience within Account Management, Internal Sales, Client Services or a similar commercial role
- A strong track record of managing and developing client relationships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- A proactive, results-driven approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Previous UAE experience would be advantageous
Salary: AED 13,000 per month + AED 3,000 monthly bonus
