Job Responsibilities:
‚úÖ oversee the planning and execution of company projects from start to finish
‚úÖ Supervise and manage a medical team of more than 150 doctors
‚úÖ define project goals, scope, and timelines in coordination with senior management
‚úÖ manage budgets and allocate resources across different projects
‚úÖ coordinate between departments (medical, administrative, financial, logistics)
‚úÖ supervise project teams and conduct regular performance evaluations
‚úÖ prepare periodic progress reports and present them to management
‚úÖ identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks affecting project timelines
‚úÖ ensure compliance with relevant medical standards and regulations
‚úÖ Liaise with external suppliers and partners as needed
‚úÖ develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Requirements:
‚ú®Males Only
üéì Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
üíº experience 10 years in the medical/healthcare sector
‚ú® Age 35- 45 years Maximum
‚ú® Strong leadership and organizational skills
‚ú® Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
