Job Overview
The Shop Foreman is responsible for the supervision and coordination of wireline personnel, crew scheduling, workshop activities, and the operational readiness of personnel and equipment. The role provides frontline leadership to ensure effective workforce and asset utilization while maintaining compliance with company HSSE requirements, operational standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise wireline personnel and promote safety, discipline, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Manage crew schedules, rotations, leave, and personnel deployment.
- Oversee workshop activities, including equipment readiness, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and certifications.
- Ensure personnel competency, training, and certification requirements are maintained.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and regular crew engagement activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HR, and other support functions on workforce and equipment requirements.
- Maintain workforce planning and personnel records and support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Maintain accurate MyAdvisor asset records, including equipment status, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, HSSE standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:
- Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of Wireline experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Foreman, Supervisor, Crew Leader, or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in crew management, workforce scheduling, rotation planning, and workshop operations.
- Experience managing wireline equipment readiness, maintenance, inspections, and certifications.
- Working knowledge of HSSE requirements and operational standards.
