QWIN Consultancy is looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our Odoo sales team.
What is the role about?
Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential business clients, introduce QWIN Consultancy and Odoo ERP solutions, identify business needs, and generate qualified sales opportunities by arranging meetings with potential clients.
What you need to know before applying:
- High-volume calling: You must be comfortable making approximately 50 outbound calls per working day.
- Commission-based: This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary.
- Long-term opportunity: This is not a quick-money opportunity or a one-month project. We are looking for people interested in building a long-term professional collaboration and developing a consistent pipeline of business opportunities.
- High earning potential: Successful sales can generate attractive commissions. Your earning potential grows with your ability to generate opportunities and contribute to closed deals. There is no guaranteed income.
- Performance-driven: Consistency, persistence, communication skills, and follow-up are essential.

You do not need previous Odoo or ERP knowledge. We will train you on:
- QWIN Consultancy and our services.
- Odoo ERP and its business solutions.
- How to approach and communicate with potential clients.
- How to identify business needs and qualify prospects.
- Cold-calling techniques, objection handling, and appointment setting.

- Strong Arabic communication skills; English is an advantage.
