As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Account Manager to strengthen the connection between our clients and our internal team.
The Role
The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and the operational link between client expectations and internal execution. This is a strategic, hands on role for a professional who thrives on structure, communication, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the Beyond Ads team, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage of the project
- Translate client objectives into detailed, actionable briefs for the internal teams
- Work hand in hand with the production team, strategists, and paid media team to ensure seamless project execution
- Contribute strategic input across campaign development and overall direction
- Maintain a strong understanding of paid media operations and their integration with production
- Coordinate production logistics, including the sourcing and booking of shooting locations
- Identify freelance needs, manage outreach, negotiate terms, and oversee external collaborations
- Plan, organize, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Report project progress, performance, and outcomes directly to the Senior Marketing Manager
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or a related field (agency experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and operational execution
- Solid understanding of production workflows and digital advertising
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Proficiency with AI tools is considered a strong asset
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence
Position Details
- Location: Jdeideh office (hybrid — 1 to 2 days remote per week)
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Employment type: Full-time
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Start date: As soon as possible
