Junior Architect — Full-Time

Magma Engineering & Contracting is a general contracting firm delivering full-scope projects: architectural, finishing and MEP, under one contract.
We're looking for a Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience, working directly under our Senior Architect on live projects and tenders.
What You'll Do
• Produce 2D drawings: plans, elevations, sections, details and shop drawings
• Produce 3D models and renders for client presentations
• Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation for finishing works
• Site visits: measurements, site reports, checking that the design is built as drawn
• Collect supplier quotes and material samples for client selection
• Support tender submissions: drawing sets, formatting, quantities
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) daily as part of your work
Requirements
• Degree in Architecture (fresh graduates welcome) — 0 to 2 years of experience
• AutoCAD mandatory, fast and clean
• 3D and rendering (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape or similar) mandatory; Revit a plus
• Able to measure on site and produce a take-off from drawings
• Organized, responsive, comfortable with deadlines
• Based in Beirut or Mount Lebanon, on-site; this is not a remote position
