Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with families, schools, youth groups, farmers, and community organizations.
- Represent GNFF at events, field activities, and community gatherings.
- Register and engage participants during outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate community databases and follow up with participants to encourage ongoing involvement.
- Collect success stories, feedback, and testimonials and coordinate with the Marketing & Communications team.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, customer relations, events, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and good command of English.
- Willingness to attend evening and weekend events and travel within Lebanon when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds.
