About the Role
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Claims Controller with 3 to 5 years of insurance experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing claim operations, monitoring loss reserves, auditing financial accuracy, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and internal controls.
The Claims Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in El Hamra. In this position, the Claims Controller manages and reviews incoming claims, verifies policy coverage, and assesses documentation to ensure accurate and timely processing. The role includes communicating with policyholders, brokers, and internal teams to clarify claim details, request additional information, and provide status updates. The Claims Controller prepares reports, maintains organized records, and supports the resolution of claims disputes in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role also contributes to continuous process improvements, helping enhance efficiency and customer experience across the claims function.
