IFPC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the department's operations, ensure operational efficiency, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across all quality and food safety services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), field operations, and operational management.
- Education: Master's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Operations Management: Strong experience in operational planning, resource allocation, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams while ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.
- Audit Management: Extensive experience in planning, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating food safety and quality audits.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of international food safety standards and certification schemes, including ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, and other relevant standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to manage client relationships, address operational requirements, and ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
