About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Visa Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the visa application process, assist with documentation, and provide clear, reliable consulting to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through visa application requirements, document preparation, and submission steps for various destinations.
- Manage client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits with excellent service standards.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness prior to embassy or application center submissions.
- Track application progress and provide timely status updates to clients.
- Stay informed on changing visa regulations, entry requirements, and embassy protocols.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in the travel industry, agency operations, or visa processing is preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and consulting skills with a patient, client-oriented approach.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and proficiency in basic office applications (Excel, Word, Email).
Working Hours
* Schedule: Monday – Friday, | Saturdays (Half-day)
