Mawasem is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team and help create engaging in-store experiences across our retail brands.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines across stores.
*Ensure displays, product layouts, and promotional areas meet brand standards.
*Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and new collection displays.
*Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are maintained.
*Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams on campaigns and store activations.
*Monitor market trends and develop creative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
*Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
*2–4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, or a related field.
*Strong creative and visual sense with excellent attention to detail.
*Good understanding of retail displays, space planning, and customer flow.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores/projects.
*Strong communication and organizational skills.
*Flexibility to work across different store locations.
