UGC Creator

We are looking for a confident, creative, and energetic UGC Creator to join our team and create engaging short-form video content for our brand and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities Create engaging UGC videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms. * Be comfortable speaking naturally and confidently in front of the camera. * Create content in different Arabic dialects, especially Egyptian and Saudi, with the ability to adapt the tone and style according to the target audience. * Participate in developing content ideas, concepts, scripts, and hooks. * Write and deliver natural and engaging scripts without sounding overly scripted. * Present products, services, offers, and campaigns in a clear and convincing way. * Research current social media trends and transform them into relevant content ideas. * Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to plan and produce content. * Record multiple video concepts and variations for testing and advertising purposes. * Understand how to create strong hooks, CTAs, and storytelling* that capture attention. * Be able to adapt content based on performance and audience feedback. * Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all content.
Requirements Previous experience as a UGC Creator, Content Creator, Presenter, or similar role. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong camera presence and confidence speaking on camera. * Ability to speak multiple Arabic dialects; Egyptian and Saudi dialects are highly preferred. * Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas. * Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends. * Good storytelling and improvisation skills. * Ability to create content that feels natural, authentic, and relatable*. * Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing is a plus. * Portfolio or previous UGC/content samples is preferred.
