About this role
This role is dedicated to training. You design and deliver programs; a dedicated business development team brings in the clients. Your time goes where your expertise matters most: understanding the client's problem, building the right program, and delivering it so the results show.
You are still close to the client. You will join scoping conversations once a client is serious, because nobody understands what a program can achieve better than the person who will deliver it.
What you will be responsible for
- Taking part in client scoping conversations to understand the business problem behind a training request
- Designing and customizing programs for each client — their sector, their language, their examples
- Delivering to professional adult audiences, from frontline teams to senior management, on client sites and remotely
- Measuring and reporting the results of each program to the client
- Following up after delivery to reinforce learning and spot further needs
- Building and maintaining high-quality training materials across our program areas
- Keeping your own skills and content current
Required qualifications
These are mandatory. Applications that do not meet all of them will not proceed.
- Minimum 3 years designing and delivering corporate training or facilitation to adult professional audiences. School teaching or academic lecturing alone does not qualify.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Egyptian colloquial Arabic, with the ability to deliver training in either. You will be assessed in both.
- Proven program design ability — you have built programs, not only delivered other people's.
- Confidence in client-facing conversations with Human Resources and senior managers.
- Based in Greater Cairo and self-mobile to client sites.
Strongly preferred
- Subject expertise in one or more of our program areas
- Experience measuring training outcomes, not only participant satisfaction
- A recognized training or facilitation certification
