We're hiring a B2B sales executive to sell our marketing and digital services to business clients. This is an on site role in Dekwaneh on a standard business week, working alongside the team rather than from home.
What matters most is credibility in the room. Clients buying marketing have usually tried something before that didn't work, and they'll test whether you understand the work or only the price list.
What you'll be doing
- * Prospecting and reaching out to business owners, founders, and marketing managers
- Running discovery meetings, in person and online, to understand what a client is actually trying to fix
- Presenting our marketing and digital services clearly: what they involve, what they cost, and what results realistically take
- Building proposals and pricing that match the client's budget and goals
- Handling objections on cost, timelines, and disappointing past experiences with agencies
- Closing deals and handing accounts to the delivery team with clean documentation
- Attending client meetings around Beirut when a face to face conversation moves the deal
- Keeping the CRM accurate so the pipeline and forecast mean something
- Following up consistently through longer cycles without going quiet
- Hitting monthly pipeline and closing targets
Must-haves
- * Experience selling marketing, digital, or advertising services to businesses
- Able to speak credibly about social media, SEO, paid ads, websites, and branding, enough to hold the client conversation on your own
- A B2B sales track record you can walk us through: typical deal size, close rate, and sales cycle length
- Fluent Arabic and strong English, spoken and written
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, not only working inbound leads
- Confident and presentable in face to face client meetings
- Disciplined in a CRM, with a pipeline that stays current without reminders
- Based in or able to commute daily to Dekwaneh
- Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Honest with clients about what marketing can and cannot deliver, because overselling costs us the account later
