Role Description The Tourism Manager (French Language) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role involves managing and coordinating tourism programs for French-speaking clients, including designing itineraries, overseeing guided tours, and ensuring high levels of service throughout the travel experience. The Tourism Manager will communicate with clients and partners in French and English, handle bookings, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transportation providers, and local guides. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring tour operations, optimizing schedules, supporting marketing initiatives for the French market, and ensuring that all services meet company standards. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with market trends and client expectations.
Qualifications
- * Strong expertise in tourism management and tourism operations, with a proven ability to oversee end-to-end travel services.
- Experience organizing and supervising guided tours, ensuring safety, quality, and engaging client experiences.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of tourism marketing and promotional strategies, particularly for French-speaking markets.
- Fluency in French and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in itinerary planning and logistics coordination.
- Comfort working on-site in Giza and collaborating with local and international partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a tour operator or travel agency environment is highly beneficial.
