FunctieomschrijvingAre you an experienced TIG Welder who enjoys working with stainless steel and precision-engineered products? In this role, you will work on high-quality pipe constructions used in gas and liquid systems within the high-tech industry. You will weld stainless steel tubes and pipe constructions with diameters ranging from 10 to 100 mm and wall thicknesses of 1 to 3 mm. Using 3D technical drawings, you will ensure that each product meets the required quality standards and dimensional tolerances. You will work with thin-walled stainless steel and apply various techniques to prepare and weld the pipes correctly. You will join a team of approximately eight colleagues and work closely with your team leader. The position operates on a two-shift schedule, with weekly rotation between the early and late shifts.
What will you do?
- * TIG weld stainless steel tubes, pipes and constructions.
- Assemble, tack weld, clamp and align components before welding.
- Prepare and form pipes, including displacing oxygen where required.
- Finish welds in accordance with technical drawings and quality requirements.
- Carry out basic turning and milling operations when necessary.
- Saw and cut tubes to the required dimensions.
- Work independently according to the production schedule.
- Inspect your own work to ensure quality, dimensional accuracy and compliance with tolerances.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production schedules and quality targets.
You Will Work The Following Shifts
- * Early shift: 06:00 to 14:30.
- Late shift: 14:30 to 23:00.
You will rotate between the early and late shifts on a weekly basis.
Functie-eisenYou Will Be Successful In This Role If
- * You have completed relevant technical training or vocational courses in TIG welding and stainless steel welding.
- You have experience with TIG welding and an affinity for thin-walled stainless steel.
- You can read and interpret 3D technical drawings.
- You have strong technical insight and work accurately.
- You have an affinity for precision engineering and fine mechanical work.
- You can work independently while also functioning well as part of a team.
- You are willing to work a two-shift schedule.
- You speak Dutch or English.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- * A gross monthly salary between €2,850 and €4,500, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- A 17% shift allowance on top of your salary when working shifts.
- A minimum working week of 40 hours.
- 24 vacation days and 13 ADV days, with the option to have ADV days paid out.
