Position Overview:
We are looking for a tech-savvy, motivated Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Beirut. This is an excellent entry-level role for a computer engineering/computer science graduate or junior technician eager to gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, web hosting platforms, server administration, and client support.
You will work directly with our senior engineering team, handling client support requests while assisting with internal sysadmin tasks and platform operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support via ticketing and live messaging for web hosting, VPS, and DNS requests.

Help clients configure email accounts, email clients (Outlook, mobile), and troubleshoot delivery issues (SPF, DKIM, DMARC records).

Assist with domain DNS management, SSL certificate installations, and website deployment.

Perform website and database migrations, basic WordPress troubleshooting, and plugin/theme issue resolutions.

Assist in monitoring Linux server health, WHM/cPanel environments, and CloudLinux resource usage.

Contribute to internal platform maintenance, software testing, and technical documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Basic understanding of web hosting environments (cPanel/WHM, Plesk, or similar panels).

Familiarity with Linux command line basics (AlmaLinux, Ubuntu, or Debian).

Fundamental knowledge of DNS protocols, web servers (LiteSpeed/Apache/Nginx), and email standards (SMTP/IMAP/POP3).

Basic experience with WordPress setups, MySQL databases, and site file structures.

Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn cloud infrastructure technology.

Good command of written English and Arabic.
