We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join the commercial team of a leading creative agency specializing in sonic branding and audio experiences.
This is a consultative sales role for someone who can combine commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and creativity to turn qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage qualified sales opportunities from initial discovery through proposal, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Understand clients' business and brand objectives and develop tailored creative and strategic solutions.
- Develop compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations that communicate creative concepts and commercial value.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop client solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and identify account growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience selling customized projects or strategic services.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling business propositions.
- Experience in branding, advertising, marketing, creative agencies, or consulting is highly preferred.
- CRM experience; HubSpot is a plus.
