We are seeking an exceptionally rigorous, analytical, and experienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA QC) Engineer to oversee total quality management, vendor governance, and product compliance across our nationwide operational footprint.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities Design, document, and enforce comprehensive QA QC standard operating manuals across incoming logistics, technical assembly, product distribution, and nationwide service centers.
- Direct incoming quality control operations for imported finished goods, specialized components, raw materials, and technical assemblies entering logistics hubs.
- Perform electrical, thermal, mechanical, material, and aesthetic quality audits to ensure strict adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead technical supplier quality audits, evaluate vendor performance scorecards, and enforce pre shipment inspection frameworks.
- Conduct systemic failure investigations using structured Root Cause Analysis (Five Whys, Fishbone, FMEA) and manage closed loop Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Ensure total organizational compliance with ISO 9001 2015 Quality Management Systems and Standards Organization of Nigeria (SONCAP) regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive technical experience in QA QC roles within commercial distribution, manufacturing, or technical assembly environments.
- Uncompromising professional integrity, acute attention to detail, and exceptional cross functional communication skills.
