At CPAC Systems, we develop technology that connects software, electronics and real-world applications. We are looking for two technical leaders: one within ECU Hardware and one within ECU Software.
Combining project management, product ownership and team leadership, you will translate customer and business needs into clear priorities and lead your team’s development and maintenance work. You will manage budgets, timelines and resources, balancing scope, quality and delivery while coordinating dependencies between ECU hardware, software and connected systems. Your technical background will help you understand these connections and make informed decisions together with your team.
Technical Project Manager for ECU SoftwareYou will take ownership of the software for our electronic control units (ECUs), working closely with the ECU hardware program and other internal stakeholders. You bring broad and in-depth software development experience, particularly in embedded systems and vehicle ECUs, and understand vehicle electrical systems and how software and hardware interact.
Technical Project Manager for ECU HardwareYour responsibility spans hardware design, development, industrialization and maintenance. Together with your team, suppliers and the ECU software program, you will balance technical requirements with production needs and long-term product quality.
Your background includes hardware product development and design, experience with vehicle ECUs and an understanding of vehicle electrical systems and software development.

Your background
- Around 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a role such as Product Owner, Project Manager, Lead Engineer, QA Engineer or Technical Team Lead.
- Experience in either ECU software or ECU hardware development, or comparable technology relevant to your chosen role, is required.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
- A solid technical foundation and an understanding of integrated systems and end-to-end product development.
- English is required, and Swedish is a big plus.

You have a strong interest in technology and want to understand how different parts of a product work together. You enjoy discussing technical questions with developers and helping people across different technical areas work towards a shared goal. With experience in leading development projects through to delivery, you know how to turn plans into action and keep quality in focus along the way.
You will primarily work from our office in Mölndal. We offer the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
